These images, obtained during a routine third trimester examination, are quite disturbing. As you can see, there are 2 black masses below the fetus. One of these masses could be easily mistaken for a fibroid near the cervix.

The "Seascape" image demonstrated that the fetus and pregnancy were in an abdominal pregnancy. This is always a very difficult diagnosis to make and especially illustrate. This image is quite exceptional in this regard.

The following images show this baby"s delivery.

The diagnosis thus was Abdominal pregnancy .
