A 30-year-old-primigravida with a familial history of dilated cardiomyopathy is referred at 25.1 weeks for an echocardiography. The following images were obtained during the examination.

Answer

A 30 year-old-primigravida with a familial history of dilated cardiomyopathy is referred at 25.1 weeks for an echocardiography. The following images were obtained during the examination.

Rigth heart visualization show a thickened and stenotic pulmonary valve. Color Doppler show jet flow post-stenotically. Spectral color Doppler further demonstrate the pulmonary valve stenosis.

This image show the post-stenotical dilation of the main pulmonary artery.

So, the final diagnosis for this case is pulmonary valve stenosis .
