This patient is a 30 year old female, G 2 P 1, who attend to her private prenatal control at her 32 weeks of gestation. Her doctor found a cystic lesion in the fetal thorax. This lesion was located behind the heart, displaced the Aorta and the Cava vein.

This patient is a 30 year old female, G 2 P 1, who attend to her private prenatal control at her 32 weeks of gestation. Her doctor found a cystic lesion in the fetal thorax. This lesion was located behind the heart, displaced the aorta and the vena cava.

The baby was delivery by cesarean then taken to surgery and the finding was a thoracic lymphangioma.
