A 27 year old patient, G3 P2, at 26 gestational weeks with no remarkable history. Karyotype was normal 46xy The male fetus was a macrosomic 4400g at birth.

A 27 year old patient, G3 P2, at 26 gestational weeks with no remarkable history. Karyotype was normal 46xy The male fetus was a macrosomic 4400g at birth.

The face is symmetric, however the right orbit and eye are missing with the fusion of the eyelid. The left eye is normal. The diagnosis is right anophthalmia.
