This is a 34-year-old Fiji Indian woman who is G2P1. The outcome of her first pregnancy was a normal female child delivered by C-section. Her past history is significant for operation performed on knees in Fiji at the age of 18 months. No further details were obtained. These are the ultrasound scans of her second pregnancy.

The baby was delivered by C-section at 38 weeks because of polyhydramnios and breech presentation. The baby need resuscitation and tracheotomy and was placed on life-support for 2 weeks. These are the postnatal radiographs:

Life support was withdrawn and the baby eventually succumbed. This was a case of Larsen syndrome .
