Positional abnormality of fetal foot. The incidence is approximately 10:10,000 live-born infants. The incidence of associated anomalies is around 10%.  Many causes can be associated such as central nervous system malformation (spina bifida), oligohydramnios and muscular defects. There are also associated syndromes such as arthrogryposis, Pena-Shokeir, Larsen’s. It can be present in trisomies 18 and 13. The clubfoot visualized in utero is a sign to search for other congenital anomalies. The ultrasound demonstrates the fetal foot, tibia and fibula in the same plane In the third trimester, but it can be difficult to be identified.
