Case report

The images below show a case of the true umbilical cord knot detected in a 22-week pregnancy. The fetus did not show any signs of congenital anomalies. The pregnancy was terminated by a C-section in 39 weeks (Apgar 9/10, 3600 g) and the prenatal finding of the true umbilical cord knot was confirmed.
