Case report
The following images show a case of lung sequestration diagnosed at 24-week of gestation of a 27-year-old woman (G3P2) with non-contributive history. The fetus was delivered at 38 weeks and underwent operation confirming the diagnosis of bronchopulmonary sequestration.
Images 1, 2: 24 weeks; the image 1 shows parasagittal scan of the fetal thorax with triangular hyperechoic mass corresponding to the lung sequestration. The image 2 shows normal transverse scan of the fetal abdomen at the level of the stomach.

Images 3, 4: 24 weeks; the images show transverse color Doppler scan of the fetal thorax with hyperechoic mass of the lung sequestration. Feeding vessels of the mass can be seen.

Images 5, 6, and 7: 24 weeks; the images show 3D scans of the fetal thorax with the lung sequestration (arrows on the image 5).
